Cancellation
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment and or rescheduling. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the 50% of the service fee, this will be used towards your next appoinment as a credit. If you cancel and or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee, this will be used towards your next appointment as a credit.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” and will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be used as a credit towards the next appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.I will try my best to accomodate you if time permits. Depending upon how late you arrive, will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment or if we have to cancel. In that case, we can reschedule you. If you decide that you would like to proceed with service please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the “full cost” of the session. I understand that unforseen circumstances happen. All I ask is for you to be considerate of everyones time and communicate with me.

 

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious/contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you experience any kind of symptoms and I will gladly reschedule you. If it is within the 24 hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
